Job Purpose: Support team by facilitating department record keeping and follow-up.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to Product Development (PD) team including filing, mailing, scanning, faxing, copying and assisting with ad-hoc projects
• Work with PD Specialists to facilitate and follow-up status of factory and internal department samples
• Receive, sort, and organize production samples
• Prepare pricing sheets
• Prepare samples and request for shipment to customers

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Basic proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strict attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to organize large amounts of information using MS Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative work

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in administrative work; heavy filing work
• Pro-active attitude, team player
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize
• Perform other job related duties as assigned
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
